These classes are designed for athletes and are scheduled by appointment with a minimum of 4 participants. Class will be conducted twice a week. Add additional Sport Development class and get the second one for an additional $35.
This open group class is designed to be challenging and geared toward athletes. We have a class minimum of 4 participants and class is scheduled by appointment. Participants will focus on proper warm ups, injury prevention, proper form all while gaining strength and power by performing structured but dynamically changing workouts geared toward functional strength, core stability and balance, and mobility.
This open group class is designed to teach the fundamentals of speed, agility and quickness.
We will focus on acceleration/deceleration, linear speed, agility and lateral movement, single leg strength, reactive principles and vertical explosiveness. We have a class minimum of 4 participants and is scheduled by appointment.
