Mike Hope, has a Master's Degree from the University of Washington and received his CPT from the National Personal Training Institute in Seattle, WA. Mike has trained several high school, select and college athletes over the last decade. Mike has recently competed in NPC Physique competitions and is a 2018 National Qualifier.
