Blast yourself into fitness with a full body workout that emphasizes burning fat, building strength and endurance by experiencing fun heart pounding circuit intervals and strength training! Basic kicks, punches, knees will be utilized in this course! Classes coordinated and held at Griffonrawl Combat Sports and Fitness.
Tuesday 630 PM
This is known as your nature workout! We will work out at several area parks in the Willoughby and Mentor area. Here you will experience an interval HIIT workout while enjoying the great outdoors. Expect to shred pounds this summer at a pace of 500 calories per workout.

Do this in the privacy of your own home with minimal equipment (bands, stability ball, bosu ball and lights dumbbells). This intense workout will get you in shape and keeping up with Kardashians!
Saturdays 830 AM
This class is designed for parents and their youngsters (4 - 10 years old) to train together in a safe facility with tumbling mats. With this workout, parents and children will learn the fundamentals, proper technique, get in shape and create a positive bond with your child through working out together.
