Important: Social distancing is strictly adhered to in all classes. Class registration is required 2 hours prior to class dates / times. Single class or multi-class packages must be purchased upfront.

Wednesdays 12 PM to 12:45 PM
Fire up your greatest assets in our game changing class for a lean core & solid booty (glutes). Muscular growth involves progression, proper volume & science. This class will cover all of these aspects & more! (All fitness levels)
Mondays 12:15 PM to 1 PM
Minimal equipment is needed for this class as we will use your best piece of equipment you have... yourself. Those who want to increase their resistance levels can bring their own bands to subsequently increase a workout's volume. Class is held inside on our sturdy but padded turf to provide ease on joints & an outside feel. (All fitness levels)
Tuesdays and Thursdays
6 PM to 7 PM
This nature workout is the perfect way to burn some cals, build muscle & release any stress from your busy day. Experience the great outdoors in a safe environment with social distancing enforced & expect to burn 450-500 calories. This class focuses on interval training, obstacles & light jogging. Join the experience, enjoy the outdoors, & get in shape while discovering our local parks across Lake County. (Workout experience recommended)
Saturdays 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM
A vigorous & challenging style of yoga designed to build strength, balance & flexibility. Each class is based upon a Vinyasa flow including inversions, arm balances & core work. The room is heated to increase mobility. Be ready to move, sweat & feel completely drained and vibrantly alive at the end of class! Participants must bring a mat.
(Intermediate to Advanced level)
Sundays 9 AM to 10 AM
Grab your mat & let go of your worries with this gratitude-centered practice focused on cultivating kindness, inner peace, joy, and profound connection to yourself and others.This Vinyasa style flow thoughtfully coordinates movement to breath and uses repetition to build confidence in your practice and strength incrementally. (Beginner to Intermediate level)
Thursdays 10 AM to 10:45 AM
Are you looking for a healthy way to start your day? Do you find yourself unable to stretch, lift or balance like you used to? Join us in a safe, social distancing indoor class & walk a mile walk throughout the mall afterwards! Class is held inside on our sturdy but padded turf to provide ease on joints & provide an outside feel. Participants must bring a mat. (All fitness levels)
Fridays 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM
Looking for a way to wind-down from your week and expand your fitness knowledge with the world of yoga? This class teaches the fundamentals of yoga and adds new poses for interest. Breathing exercises will be introduced to complete your mind-body connection to feel grounded as you embark on your weekend. Participants must bring a mat. (Beginner to Intermediate level)
Saturdays 10 AM to 11 AM
A Vinyasa flow designed for strengthening, flexibility & alignment. Breath is matched to poses to create a dynamic & integrated ease of movement. A focus on the multi-faceted benefits of movement & meditation, creates a full mind-body connection allowing for balance, stress reduction & fun! Sun Salutations, standing postures, twists, back-bends & opening poses connected with inspiration & the use of poetry with wild word verses make each class theme unique. Find re-connection with yourself in this class, find peace & focus. Light heat will aid your body's flexibility. Participants must bring a mat. (Beginner to Intermediate level)
NOTE: Participants must register for classes at least 2 hours prior to the class date and time. All Parent and Kids Fitness Packages, classes, personal training and camps are discounted based on commitment levels and therefore no refunds are issued. When purchasing client agrees to this policy. Monthly app programs are recurring and can be cancelled anytime.
